Customs warehouse and open areas
Own open-type customs warehouse and storage area for vehicles and oversized cargo. The total area of open territories exceeds 30,000 m², allowing for the placement of large-scale consignments of goods.

Do I need to bring my own pallets, or do you provide storage equipment?
You don’t need to worry about packaging. We provide our pallets and packing materials. Our employees will form pallet spaces from your cargo themselves for its safe placement on the racks.
How is the cost calculated if my goods do not occupy a whole pallet, but only a part of it?
The minimum accounting unit is one pallet place. If the cargo exceeds the volume of one pallet, it is distributed to the next one. This allows you to clearly understand what storage volume you are paying for.
Do you provide unloading services if the goods arrive in bulk boxes?
Yes, this is one of our advantages. We accept goods in any form, sort them, stack them on our pallets, and palletize them. You don’t need to hire your own movers for this work.
Can I pick up goods from the warehouse in parts, for example, a few boxes at a time?
Of course. You can form shipment requests for any quantity of goods. We will take down the necessary pallet, pick the items, and if the space becomes completely free, exclude it from the storage bill.
What are the packaging requirements for goods when transferring them to your pallets?
The goods must be in factory or transport packaging (boxes, bags) ensuring their safety. We will do the rest: stack, secure, and prepare for high-bay storage on racks.
How will I know that my goods are placed correctly and how many pallets resulted?
After receiving and stacking are completed, we provide an act stating the exact number of formed pallet spaces. All data is also recorded in the accounting system and available to you in the form of reports.
